About me

Here's a little information about me. I'm Kirstie, a happily married mum of three sons and the proud owner of Humblebee Wellness.

A new chapter after the Fire Service

After 30 rewarding years in the Fire Service, I decided it was the right time for a new chapter and followed my passion for helping others feel calmer, happier and more balanced.

I absolutely love helping people feel better and seeing clients leave Humblebee Wellness feeling more relaxed, comforted and cared for.

My training

I qualified with a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology in March 2023. I have also undertaken additional training in Reflexology for Anxiety, Stress & Depression and Cancer Care, and later completed my Level 3 Diploma in Indian Head Massage in October 2025.

Why Humblebee

The name Humblebee comes from my lifelong love of bees. Since I was young, I've been fascinated watching them humbly go about their business: calm, purposeful and hardworking. That gentle energy inspired the heart behind Humblebee Wellness.

Creating a calm and welcoming space where people can truly switch off and take time for themselves is at the heart of everything I do.

Outside of treatments

Outside of treatments I enjoy time with our family, long walks with our dog, running with our local running club in Hastings and a bit of crochet.
