“I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first tried reflexology and now it is an important part of my self care. I see Kirstie every month and look forward to my session. After putting up with lower back pain for so long I no longer have any problems. Now when I have a problem I would rather have reflexology than reach for pain relief. Recently I woke up with a stiff neck and contacted Kirstie and her magic hands done the job. It relieved the pain, although it was still a bit stiff the relief was great. Don’t forget to try the Indian head massage too, I have those as an extra treat to myself, great for helping to relax and great with anxiety.”

I didnt know what to expect as never had one but after a very stressful few weeks thought it might help kirstie was very perfessional and talked me through it all, what it is how it helps etc. wow!! it was the most relaxing experience I was so relaxed after i felt like I could sleep for a week!! it was definitely the most relaxed ive felt in weeks!! everything about it was pleasure, the oil kirstie used smelt devine, the surroundings were lovely and of course it helps that Kirstie is so lovely too even the chair was surprisingly comfortable lol.
